I didn't realize an apple had some many carbs in them.  Yikes... probably should have only eaten half the apple.

It's beautiful and hot and humid!  Our pool isn't open yet because it needs work and a new filter and last year we didn't have the money for it.  There are frogs living in the pool. 

I hope you are all enjoying the holiday.  I bought a new American Flag for the house.
